A long time ago, in a Salon on Long Island....

 

Danielle D'Alessio is an Austin based stylist (originally from New York) with over a decade of experience in the industry. She has worked from the Hampton's to Soho holding positions varying from stylist, salon manager, and educator.  She has participated in New York Fashion Week, as well as various photo shoots. Danielle is currently behind the chair coloring unicorns, mermaids, Khaleesis and Kweens!  Danielle has become a self proclaimed hair nerd, and embraces a continuous quest for developing her hair skills and knowledge.

Danielle is also a giant geek, with a love for Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Battlestar Galactica, and a whole slew of other crazy interests. Combining the nerd world with the hair world seemed like the next logical step, and Geeks Get Glam was born!
